CONDITIONS OF WORKSHOP ENROLMENTS

Interim Coronavirus (COVID-19) Cancellation Policy:

  • For workshop events, a full credit towards a future training or products of your choice on the Complementary Health Seminars website is available. The credit is good for three years from date of issue.
Transfers/Credit
Transfers between courses require at least 2 weeks notice prior to the commencement of the initial event and must be of equal value. Alternatively, we are happy to provide you with a credit for a future course which must be taken within 12 months from the initial course date.
Withdrawals
  • Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior – full refund less $65.00 administration fee
  • Cancellation less than 4 weeks but more than 3 weeks – full refund less 35%
  • Cancellation less than 3 weeks but more than 2 week – full refund less 50%
  • Cancellation less than 2 weeks – no refund
Cancellation of workshop due to poor student numbers
From time to time, Workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled. If you intend booking flights or accommodation prior to the workshop, please contact Complementary Health Seminars first to check the status of registrations prior to booking.

OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF

Q: Do you provide receipts?
A: If you purchase from our website, you will automatically receive an Invoice/Receipt via your email confirming the transaction. Additionally, we will mail you another hard copy receipt with your goods.
